How Do I Know If I Actually Have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Here is the secret to knowing if you actually have carpal tunnel syndrome.

So what’s one of the ways that you can actually find out whether or not you do have carpal tunnel syndrome? And here is basically the rule on whether or not you have carpal tunnel syndrome or not.

When you have the numbness and the tingling in the hands. If you have numbness and tingling in these three fingers, basically here, here, and here, then that’s a possibility. If you have numbness and tingling in the hand, then carpal tunnel syndrome is a possibility, but you could have something else.

In that case, if you have numbness and tingling in the hand, then a carpal tunnel surgery is probably not gonna fix your problem. You can have other issues where people can have problems in the hand, and that can be caused from further up like in the forearm, or you can have that being caused in the neck. So there’s many other issues that can go into the problem with carpal tunnel syndrome.
